This round of the Bling It On! Contest they are choosing 4 (FOUR) winners! And, yes I said AND.. if you're one of the 4 winners, you'll be able to compete in Hpnotiq's GLAM LOUDER final round for a chance to win the grand prize.. A trip for you and 3 friends to go shopping with a celebrity in Los Angeles! (this is the part where i freaked out)
